Are all of your products genuine and from Korea?

All of our products are 100% genuine and from Korea. We are proud to say that Koko Beauty only stocks premium brands and high-quality products. Every item has been selected individually with careful consideration and research to ensure that they are safe and of course successful at delivering their promises.

I can’t seem to find the product that I am looking for?

If you are after a specific product or brand that you don’t see on our website, please send us an enquiry at info@kokobeauty.com.au and we will try our best to get a hold of it and stock it so it is available for you and other customers to enjoy.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We hope that you will be more than happy when the products reach you. If you would like to return products for any reason, you are more than welcome to send it back to us within 14 days of purchase date. The items must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in undamaged condition.

The product must also be a full-priced item. Sale items and items purchased during promotional periods cannot be returned.

Returns will only be accepted after we have received and inspected the products. You will need to firstly email us at info@kokobeauty.com.au to let us know the problems that you are having. After your return has been approved, you will be issued with an online credit note that never expires to purchase anything else from our store.

How do I return or exchange items?

We are super fast at processing and packing orders (within 24 hours) so that you receive them as soon as possible. Therefore we cannot amend or cancel orders that have already been processed. Please make sure all information is correct before you checkout.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

We inspect all items and make sure they are safe for shipping so it will be unlikely that you receive a faulty item. However in this unlikely event, we will gladly offer you a replacement, full refund, exchange, store credit including all postage costs for return. If your order is wrong, please email us and let us know within 14 days of receiving the order.

We acknowledge that every individual has a different skin type and/or skin condition. If you have sensitive skin, it is best to know and understand how your skin reacts with to different ingredients and certain products. If you are unsure, please do a patch test on your wrist or inside your neck before using the product.


When will I receive my order?

We understand that you can’t wait to get your hands on our products, we are just as excited as you! In general, deliveries within Australia usually take 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Express shipping will be delivered next day. Standard shipping may take up to 5 days.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer the following shipping options for shipments within Australia. Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight and destination.

  • Free delivery for orders over $100 (after any discounts and promotions are applied)
  • Free express delivery for orders over $150 (after any discounts and promotions are applied)

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

If delivery is attempted while no one is home, the courier will leave your parcel in a secure location or leave a card for you to pick up the parcel at your nearest post office. We recommend providing an address where you will be able to sign for when the delivery is attempted as Koko Beauty will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
